What is the EPL Ghana Public Sector Fellowship?
The EPL Ghana Public Sector Fellowship is a reputable one-year professional growth program organized for high-achieving young graduates dedicated to driving transformation in the public sector and policy-influencing organizations.
Who Can Apply?
If you are a Ghanaian national with a clean record and have finalized your National Service (NSS), we urge you to apply. Applicants must be under 32 years old, demonstrate leadership prospect, have strong English skills, and fundamental computer mastery.
How to Apply:
- Go to www.eplghana.org
- Tap on the APPLY button and finalize the online application.
- Upload the following documents:
- Undergraduate Certificate
- Proof of completing NSS
- CV (2 pages or less)
- Copy of any valid national ID or Passport
Application Essays:
As part of the application process, you will have to submit four essays:
- Illustrate your interest in Ghana’s Public Sector and how becoming an EPL Fellow aligns with your personal and professional objectives (500 words).
- Share an opportunity where you exemplified initiative and leadership. Describe the steps you took, the actions executed, and the result and consequence (500 words).
- Elucidate your understanding of Ghana’s Public Sector (300 words).
- Notify us about what inspires you and why (300 words).

Applications are open from March 11 to April 30, 2024. Only shortlisted candidates will be reached.
