Access Bank Youthrive Program is a laudable partnership between the bank and the Vice President’s office, meant to empower Individuals and MSMEs. It is focused on capacity advancement, financial aid, and business partnership, the aim of the program is to influence 4 million youths over the next four years.

Capacity Development

The Application Requirements:

1. Startup: It has to be a new business that has been in operation for less than less than 12 months. 
2. Business Owner: The applicants have to be established business owners with more than a year in function.
3. Graduate: The applicants must be a tertiary institution degree holder pursuing active job or business venture.
4. Non-Graduate: A young person with a at least a school leaving certificate opting for skill acquisition or business venture. 

Program Pillars

• Capacity Development: Helping the youths with the needed skills for entrepreneurship and employability.
• Business Exchange: Entrepreneurs that stand out will be financed on Business Exchange Programs to The Netherlands, China, or India.
